I have created many Beachbody hybrid workout schedules since 2009 to leverage the strengths and benefits of multiple programs to enhance your overall results. I am proud to share that my hybrids have been downloaded thousands of times with amazing results and feedback worldwide. The Beachbody workouts are well-suited for hybrid combinations. In particular, I am a big fan of Body Beast given my ongoing goals for muscle hypertrophy to add lean mass with muscle-specific challenges via dynamic set training using weights. I am also focused on promoting a low (healthy) body fat percentage and “functional” fitness performance. My experience with Body Beast has been excellent, but from my perspective it is lacking the cardio challenge (and yoga/stretch) that I would like to see to further build well-rounded, balanced athletic endurance. As such, I have created many popular Body Beast hybrids with the most challenging, complementary Beachbody workouts!
