645 Body Beast Hybrid

My new hybrid workout schedule is HERE –

645 Body Beast Hybrid!

As I always say in these hybrids, I am a big fan of Body Beast given my ongoing goals for muscle hypertrophy to add lean mass, but I am also focused on promoting a low (healthy) body fat percentage and “functional” fitness performance. My experience with Body Beast has been excellent, but from my perspective it is lacking the cardio challenge I would like to see to further build well-rounded, balanced athletic endurance. As such, I have already created popular hybrids with Insanity Max:30 , HAMMER workouts by Sagi from Hammer & Chisel22 Minute Hard Corps, Core De Force, Shaun Week, Shift Shop, LIIFT4/AWOHL, Transform :20, 6 Weeks of The Work, and 10 Rounds! However, I am pumped with my latest hybrid creation with the new strength building mobility and stability program from Amoila Cesar called 645!

Body Beast focuses on strength and mass gain with muscle-specific challenges via dynamic set training using weights, while 645 provides focus on developing mobility, stability, strength, agility, endurance, power, core, and overall athletic performance. Yes, 645 is one of the most balanced, functional programs I have completed. As such, after doing all 90 workouts from 645 I have realized that the program aligns well in a hybrid format with Body Beast to get amazing results while having a lot of fun. This may actually be the most balanced hybrid I have ever created with the added mobility/stability work from 645. What I love about Sagi’s Body Beast program is that the workouts focus on one or two SPECIFIC muscle groups and force failure to grow (you know, like life in general!). Amoila targets getting your total body to perform as designed with 645 including isolation of muscle groups with weights to failure demonstrating strength progress to enhance performance. That is why I was excited to create this advanced lean mass gain mobility 645 Body Beast Hybrid to maximize results for muscle gain with hypertrophy while promoting elite functional fitness in a more balance approach. BEAST UP TO REACH YOUR PEAK!!

I am unaware of ANY 645 Body Beast workout schedule for these two programs yet (as of October 2, 2021 when I graduated 645) and certainly none yet that have been vetted from personal experience with EVERY single workout on the schedule. I have done that, unlike those “random generator” hybrid schedulers out there that are different every time (and typically unsafe!). I decided to ramp intensity in this hybrid by only selecting the most challenging 645 workouts based on my detailed review, primarily associated with Weeks 5-6 (Stage 2), 9-11 (Stage 3) and 13 (Stage 4 Performance). I also stacked the bonus 645 EMOM workouts to burnout the muscles to enhance gains while allowing flexibility in the schedule to select the 645 Corrective bonuses and Foam Rolling on “rest” days. These two programs are amazing on their own, but a 645 Body Beast Hybrid of the two allows you to correct muscle imbalances, build mass, get ripped, and add functional strength and endurance while having FUN aligned in ONE schedule!

  1. Any suggestions for someone with a bad shoulder? I have so much shoulder pain after any type of planks that I actively avoid those exercises & do something else. I had an injury that led to a severely frozen shoulder. Thanks

    1. Hey Jennifer! Thanks for the comment and I hope all is well. I will send you an email with more details, but it will be important to get clearance/guidance from your doc. There may be some corrective work that may help and we can discuss your goals. Talk soon, Mike
