Body Beast focuses on strength and mass gain with weights, while Insanity Max:30 focuses on cardio and Tabata intervals to increase strength, endurance and performance. I am a big fan of both programs. Big fan. That is why I was excited to create a Body Beast Max:30 hybrid to maximize results.
From my perspective, Body Beast is the best overall at-home, mass gain program with resistance training, while Max:30 is the best cardio intensive program to truly push your limits with your performance in only 30-minutes per workout. Amazing. I gained 12 pounds lean muscle mass at reduced body fat percentage with the Body Beast program and amazing performance in MAX OUT times with Insanity Max:30 demonstrating athletic enhancement and conditioning.
