P90X2 X2 Yoga Review

How Do I Get Ripped?

P90X2 X2 Yoga done. I like the changes to X2 Yoga relative to P90X Yoga X. Basically the workout was reduced by 30 minutes providing a total time of 67 minutes, which many people will appreciate. It is a good combination of active Yoga movements (think multiple vinyassa combinations) followed by further balance, stretch and abs focus. The flow was excellent and helped with soreness in my upper body from X2 Total Body yesterday. I almost hit the crane to handstand but still need some work there. The isolated abdominal exercises also did the job. I added some foam rolling at the end with the Rumble Roller to loosen up my lower back more. Good stuff. Shakeology accountability – Cherry Monkey – 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology, ½ cup black cherries (pitted), ½ banana, 1 cup skim milk, ice to tatse. One of my favorites! Rage. Become a Machine.
