How Do I Get Ripped?

P90X2 X2 Total Body and X2 Ab Ripper done. X2 Total Body was a rocker. A lot of compound movements designed to leverage your core and range of stabilizing muscles. The workouts target all muscle groups from multiple angles. The Crunchy Lever pullups are definitely a challenge (especially on my free-standing pullup tower). I enjoyed the pushups on the stability ball and medicine balls. One of my favorite moves was the 1-arm chest press on the stability ball. Good stuff. X2 Ab Ripper is approx. 15 minutes and feels like a combination of ARX and Core Synergistics from P90X. Those that have completed the P90X MC2 One-on-One workout ARX2 will recognize some of the moves. My favorite exercises were Phalen Twist and Tornado. Awesome. Shakeology accountability – Chocolate Banana Nutter – 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology, 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 cup water and ice to taste. Excellent.  Rage. Become a Machine.
