P90X2 X2 Shoulders and Arms Review

How Do I Get Ripped? 

P90X2 X2 Shoulders and Arms plus X2 Ab Ripper done. I have been test driving the new X2 workouts in preparation for a full round beginning Jan 2nd at TEAM RAGE (join us!!). I really enjoyed the Shoulders and Arms exercises. The workout consisted of 7 movements repeated in three successive rounds (short water break between each round). I used 30-lb dumbbells for most bicep and shoulder moves working up to 35-lb dumbbells in the last round. These moves require lower weight since you are balancing on one leg. The stability ball was leveraged in several exercises and the Y-T Fly was particularly difficult. Also, the Crazy 8’s on one leg were insane! X2 Ab Ripper was a great, short workout again. I really like the iso abs type moves that target the abs from all angles. Shakeology accountability – Chocolate Banana Nutter – 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 cup water and ice to taste. One of my favorites! Rage. Become a Machine.
