P90X2 X2 Recovery and Mobility Review

How Do I Get Ripped?

Okay, wow. P90X2 X2 Recovery and Mobility done. Wow. This is really my first experience with extensive foam rolling. I did get my Rumble Roller yesterday. To me, this workout is like nothing I have ever done before and it was awesome. My whole body is still warm from the rolling. The Rumble Roller is a great tool. The beginning of the workout involved balance and mobility movements followed by the foam rolling sequence. After foam rolling you then repeat the initial balance and mobility moves to demonstrate the impact of the myofascial release from the foam roller. It works. I extended the time I used the foam roller from 20 minutes to 30 minutes as I found some “hot spots” that were tight, especially in my upper right leg. I also used the foam roller on my neck and it was magical. Ha. Anyway, I will be leveraging the Rumble Roller much more frequently moving forward.  I did get in some dumbbell flat bench press prior to the workout.
