P90X2 X2 Balance and Power Review

How Do I Get Ripped?

P90X2 X2 Balance and Power done. This was a challenging workout. Felt like a mix of P90X Plyometrics, Core Synergistics and One-on-One On One Leg. As the name implies, the workout combines a full complement of body weight and dumbbell (or band) moves with balance technique. There are a lot of stability ball exercises as well as med ball and pushup stands for the foundation. I ended up using 30-lb dumbbells for most movements. This weight was perhaps a little low for some exercises while a little heavy for others. Next time I will have a good idea with regard to the ideal weights to leverage. I found the following exercises to be particularly challenging; sphinx to plank roll up, decline sphinx plank press, renegade row ½ Lolasana, dumbbell row to side plank and crawly crab press. Some of these exercises are seriously difficult if you select the proper weight. Good stuff. Shakeology accountability – Banana Honeymoon ½ banana, 1 Tbsp. peanut butter, 1 Tbsp. honey, 1 cup water and ice to taste. Rage. Become a Machine.
