P90X2 Plyocide Review

How Do I Get Ripped?

P90X2 Plyocide done! Loved it. The actual workout itself was shorter around 30+ minutes, bracketed by a long warm-up and cool down session. The warm-up included the stability ball and foam roller again. I found some tight spots with the foam roller that I look forward to working even more tomorrow during X2 Recovery and Mobility. The cool down included neuro-integrated stretching with the band… awesome. Felt good. The Plyocide workout was challenging. I thought it went well. Although I was more challenged doing Plyo X from P90X the first time, I am in much better shape now so this is not surprising. A lot of new challenging, stability moves. I really enjoyed the Power 90 cross jumps, toe tap 360 and the last set of dynamic movements with plyo pushups / jumps. I definitely worked hard and my shirt showed it in the end. Ha. Shakeology accountability – Breakfast at Hazel’s – 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology, 1 tsp. hazelnut extract, 1 cup water and ice to taste. BRING IT AGAIN!!
