P90X2 Hybrid X2 Core

How Do I Get Ripped?

Press play on P90X2 X2 Core! This is a test drive for the Jan 2nd P90X2 round. Couldn’t wait any longer. Ha. I really enjoyed this workout, every move challenges the core and you get a good workout with the upper and lower body. The stability ball and med ball moves really work the stabilizing muscles. I did slip a little on the stability ball toward the end of the workout. Also, I would have liked more time for foam rolling, seemed rushed. I think the most challenging moves for me were the Half Angel and Ryan Sphinx Crunch. Anyway, I had a good sweat by the end of the workout. I have read a lot of reviews of X2 Core, some say it is not really that hard. I disagree, if you do the moves with proper form and focus on engaging the core this one works you. I have done just about every Beachbody program and can tell you P90X2 will push you in much different, functional ways. For those more interested in throwing around dumbbells, Phase 2 will be more consistent with your expectations. Trust the program! Shakeology accountability – Breakfast at Hazel’s – 1 sccop Chocolate Shakeology – 1 tsp. hazelnut extract, 1 cup water and ice to taste. Just what I needed. Time for shower and then work. Everyone keep up the good work and MAKE A DIFFERENCE today with your workouts and nutrition. Rage. Become a Machine.
