P90X2 Chest, Back and Balance Review

How Do I Get Ripped?

P90X2 Chest, Back and Balance plus X2 Ab Ripper done. Now THAT is what I am talking about. Wow. This one was a rocker and is by far my favorite P90X2 workout. Numerous pushup and pullup movements that require functional core stability and balance. The stability ball was leveraged throughout the workout along with a range of medicine balls. The pushups on 4 med balls was just insane and I found that it is important to have a mat or towel underneath the balls so that they do not roll away. Ha. Several of the pullup variations were challenging including Lever pullups and the “L” pullup. Lever pullups will be hard for those using the door frame pullup bar or a free standing pullup tower (be careful it does not tip over). Other than that, I was also challenged by Impossible/Possible and Chattarocker. X2 Ab Ripper was good again, and I am getting used to the new moves. At some point I will consider adding the ankle weights during the complete round of P90X2 beginning Jan 2nd. Shakeology accountability – Chocolate Berry Blast – ½ cup raspberries, ¼ cup blueberries, ½ cup blackberries, 1 cup water and ice to taste. Rage. Become a Machine.
