P90X2 Base and Back Review

How Do I Get Ripped?

P90X2 Base and Back done. This was a great workout, basically 20 sets of alternating pullups and Plyometric moves. A great combination really. The pullup moves were new variations of the classics and the Plyo moves were similar to those found in Plyocide. My heart rate was elevated throughout. I ended up doing 101 unassisted pullups during the workout and I was very pleased with the performance. The V Pull-up was particularly challenging. A new Plyo move was Plyo Lunge Press, think Mary Katherines with dumbbell shoulder press for each repetition. I used 20-lb dumbbells. The Chair Jumps and Jack-in-the-Box Knee Tuck were perhaps my favorite Plyometric moves. Base and Back is one of my top workouts for P90X2. X2 Ab Ripper done. I still enjoy this core and abs centric routine! Shakeology accountability – Chocolate Bananas Foster – 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology, 1 banana, ½ tsp. cinnamon,½ tsp. rum extract, 1 cup skim milk and ice to taste. Awesome. BRING IT AGAIN!!
