How Do I Get Ripped?

Leverage muscle confusion from hybrid workout schedules that I design consistent with my goals!

Tomorrow – 12.6.2010 – I begin my next hybrid workout program. It is a 60-day lean mass gain hybrid focused on progressive bodybuilding exercises in combination with strategic workouts from P90X, INSANITY and One-On-One. I will work out 6 days per week with a primary goal of adding 5-lbs lean muscle mass without sacrificing low body fat percentage. I will post accountability here.
