Insanity Asylum Hybrid Day 7 – REST – done. Much needed. Rest is critical for muscle repair and growth, especially after the insane week of workouts I just had. Nothing like celebrating a holiday tomorrow with some PUSH weight training. I am looking to increase weights over last week. No problem, ha.
