How Do I Get Ripped?

Well, in full disclosure… Baby Rage, now 7 months (yes, 7 months!), had trouble sleeping last night probably related to his new teeth. We were up every few hours and I slept through my alarm, three times. BUT, I was able to get up and complete Insanity Asylum Hybrid Day 5 – P90X One-on-One 30/15 Upper Body Massacre. In the interest of time, or lack thereof, I decided to do 20/10 but skip the breaks. I was able to complete the workout in 30 minutes and it was a killer. I subbed in pike press pushups at the end since they are one of my favorites to isolate shoulder muscles. Anyway, victory today. I could have easily skipped the workout but I pressed play. Tomorrow is Asylum GAME DAY – OVERTIME.
