How Do I Get Ripped?

Insanity Asylum Hybrid Day 4 – Vertical Plyo – done. I say this every time I do Vertical Plyo, but this is still one of the most difficult workouts for me of all Beachbody workouts. Besides the “warmup”, those one-legged power jumps are a challenge at the end. A few extra breaks would be nice instead of the “active rest” jump rope movements, but anyway, it was a good workout. A lot of calories burned. Tomorrow is one of my all-time favorite workouts – P90X One-on-One 30/15 Upper Body Massacre… BRING IT!!
