Insanity Asylum Hybrid Day 21 done. Supposed to be rest day, but went on a 2.5 mile interval run since the weather was good. Tomorrow is the PULL workout. I am gearing up for the Beachbody Annual Coach Summit next week! Should be fun with the opportunity to work out with Tony Horton, Shaun T, Brett Hoebel and other trainers. BRING IT!!
