Insanity Asylum Hybrid Day 2 – Speed and Agility – done. Actually, I did well today with the most challenging series being the agility bear crawls, especially the last sets with V Pushups and triceps. Otherwise, I believe my in-and-out ab progression performance was improved so I am pleased. Gray shirt is no longer the same shade of gray… Tomorrow is PULL, a lot of weighted back movements and biceps. BRING IT!
