How Do I Get Ripped?

Got back from my work trip around midnight last night and have been catching up around here all day. Given my busy schedule this weekend and few days leading up to the Beachbody Summit in LA,I had to re-evaluate my next few days of workouts. I wanted to do P90X One-on-One P.A.P., however, decided to hit the heavy weights with the PUSH workout. I was tired, but had a good workout. I nailed all 4 reps last set bench press with the 90-lb dumbbells and will go for the 95s next time. I also did well with the 60s last set of shoulder press and used 60s for all 3 sets for chest fly. Felt good and my upper body is shaking at the moment. Gotta love it. Otherwise, I was able to get in workouts during the week while on the road. Nutrition was okay, and I was able to get my Shakeology in each day. Time for a recovery smoothie followed by spending some time with my son before dinner.
