Insanity Asylum Hybrid Day 16 and 17 – Speed & Agility and 30-15 Upper Body Massacre – done. Excellent workouts both days. Although I have been extremely busy with work, I still make sure that I get my workouts done at the beginning of the day before life get’s in the way. It feels good to get the workout in early and keep that metabolism ramped throughout the day with strategic meals and snacks. Tomorrow is Asylum Vertical Plyo. Let’s do this!!
