How Do I Get Ripped?

Golf was good yesterday, hit some great drives although my putting / chipping was inconsistent. Gotta be honest, I was drained yesterday all day. Ended up carbing up before golf and felt better. Went to bed early as well and awoke refreshed this morning.

Insanity Asylum Day 11 – Vertical Plyo – done. The warmup is still killer but made it through otherwise today. Great workout. Tomorrow is PUSH-PULL with Insanity Upper Body Weight Training. It’s been awhile since I have done this one. One of my favorites. DIG DEEP!!
