Insanity Asylum Hybrid Day 10 – PULL – done. To be honest, I was struggling this morning from an energy perspective. I did, however, hit 30 unassisted wide grip pullups during the warmup. Other highlights include 70-lbs last set for weighted pullups and 45-lb dumbbells last set for concentration curls and hammer curls. Looks like I have doubles today with golf tonight for my work leaugue. Should be interesting. Tomorrow is Asylum Vertical Plyo.
