How Do I Get Ripped?

Insanity Asylum Fit Test #2 (Day 15) done. There is some debate on if a Day 15 Fit Test is required. The wall calendar indicates Day 1 and Day 30 with no Day 15. The Asylum Fitness Guide indicates Day 1, Day 15 and Day 30. So, naturally, I decided to push myself with the fit test today to get intial feedback on progress. Not sure if I could push this hard without my friends on TEAM RAGE! Ha.

The Day 15 fit test results are provided below. Disclaimer – These Insanity fit tests SHOULD be some of the toughest workouts that you perform since you are pushing yourself to get as many reps with good form in the time allowed before moving to the next movement. If the fit tests are easy for you, you are NOT pushing hard enough. I almost lost my breakfast today, and did not have much left in the tank by Agility Bear Crawl…

Movement: Day 1 – Day 15
Agility Heisman: 10 – 13
In and Out Ab Progression: 56 – 64
Lat Pushups: 34 – 42
Mountain Climber Switch Kicks: 90 – 102
Agility Shoulder Taps: 5 – 6
X Jumps: 30 – 40
Moving Pushups: 4.5 – 6
Agility Lateral Shuffle: 17 – 18
Agility Bear Crawl: 8 – 10

Time for some P90X Recovery Formula and shower. Tomorrow is Speed and Agility. Have I mentioned how much I am enjoying the mental and physical challenge of INSANITY ASYLUM?!
