How Do I Get Ripped?

Insanity Asylum Day 8 Back to Core yesterday morning and Day 9 Vertical Plyo today – Done. Back to Core was a great workout. I still enjoy the change-of-pace for this workout and the isolation of back and core muscles. And, it doesn’t make we want to get in the fetal position until the DVD is over. On the other hand, Vertical Plyo was again a very challenging workout. Only the second time I have done this one. I do have a cold from the weekend, but still pushed through and did good (no worse than those in the DVD, for the most part). I still believe Vertical Plyo will end up being the most difficult workout of the series for me… we’ll see. “Relief” tomorrow morning. I am definitely looking forward to this one… DIG DEEPER!!
