How Do I Get Ripped?

Insanity Asylum Day 4 – Vertical Plyo – done. Okay, the name alone represents the significant challenge found in this workout. Seriously, how about adding some resistance bands to your arms AND legs while doing power jumps in the agility ladder? Done. How about jumping the length of the agility ladder sideways, and back, multiple times? Done. How about single leg power jumps in the agility ladder? Done. From my perspective, this is the most challenging workout of the program thus far. And only Game Day has a chance yet to take that title. The warmup by itself for Vertical Plyo was a workout. It is even more difficult with the speed rope. Okay, to be honest, I loved EVERY minute of the workout! I did at least as good as the people in the video, but felt good and know I will do even better next time. Drinking my much needed Recovery Formula now… BRING IT AND DIG DEEPER TODAY!!
