How Do I Get Ripped?

Insanity Asylum graduation day!! Wow. Day 30 performance assessment complete. The fit test was much more difficult for me at 4:30 AM vs. 4:30 PM. Seriously. Anyway, great workout and I am pleased with my numbers and progress. I am not even sure how I would get more reps for some of these exercises given the time limit. This program is NO JOKE and if you stay committed you will not be disappointed in your results…

Day 0 – Day 15 – Day 30
Agility Heisman: 10 – 13 – 14
In & Out Ab Progression: 56 – 64 – 66
Lat Pushups: 34 – 42 – 48
Mountain Climber Switch Kicks: 90 – 102 – 115
Agility Shoulder Taps: 5 – 6 – 7
X Jumps: 30 – 40 – 44
Moving Push-Ups: 4.5 – 6 – 7
Agility Lateral Shuffle: 17 – 18 – 20
Agility Bear Crawl: 8 – 10 – 13

Typically I run out of energy during the moving push-ups, but agility lateral shuffle plays to my strengths. Time for some P90X Recovery Formula.
