How Do I Get Ripped?

Insanity Asylum Day 3 – Back to Core – done. This was an excellent workout that engaged the range of back muscles and core for a full body workout. All of the movements were slow and controlled. The exercises with the bands were excellent. Although it was intense in a different way relative to Day 1 and Day 2, it was still a great workout. Honestly, it was just what I needed after getting worked to complete failure Days 1 and 2. I know tomorrow – Vertical Plyo and Relief – is going to push me to the limits again based on a preview of the DVD. Time for some Shakeology. DIG DEEPER!!
