Here we go. Insanity Asylum Day 29 – Speed and Agility – done. Hard to believe that was the last workout of this round of ASYLUM. Pushed even harder today and it was a great workout. I was exhausted by the end. The agility bear crawl sequence is certainly a challenge. Good stuff. I have come a long way with regard to the speed rope drills in the warmup as well. I am still convinced that using the speed rope is much more challenging than without. Anyway, what can I say… ASYLUM has been a fun ride, although perhaps some of the most challenging workouts that I have ever done. In particular, Vertical Plyo. Final fit test tomorrow…
