How Do I Get Ripped?

Rest day here. Tomorrow is Insanity Asylum Speed & Agility and then the final Fit Test Tuesday. I have REALLY enjoyed this round of Asylum and look forward to adding the workouts to many hybrid schedules. Still deciding on the next round schedule, but I am leaning toward Asylum with some HEAVY weight lifting (5×5 or otherwise).
