Insanity Asylum Day 26 – Vertical Plyo done. Last time this round. Thank you. This workout is by far the most difficult for me and, from my perspective, the most difficult that Beachbody has to offer. The warmup alone – with proper form – is killer on the legs. Especially after STRENGTH and Game Day – Overtime the past two days. Anyway, made it through with minimal breaks. No worse than the people in the DVD that require breaks. I believe a few more breaks would have been good so that proper form can be achieved throughout the workout. You can tell most people lose form as the workout progresses. I will definitely mix Vertical Plyo in with future hybrids. I want to mention again that I have truly enjoyed the agility ladder work in Asylum. I can tell my form has been much better due to the restrictions from the ladder. Tomorrow is Back to Core. Round 1 Asylum is almost done. DIG DEEP!
