Insanity Asylum Day 25 – Game Day AND Overtime – done. I just checked the schedule and it appears that this is the last time I have the Game Day – Overtime combination this round. What a killer workout combo. Seriously. I did really well during Game Day. The only really difficult moves for me continue to be the mountain climber series at the end of the workout. This is somewhat related to how late in the workout the pullups and power pushups are for mountain climbing. For me, Overtime is a challenge as well given all of the moves based on one-legged power to drive the exercise. My legs were fatigued by that point. I probably looked uncoordinated on those split-legged decoy jumps. Haha. I could only laugh. I don’t know how many total calories I burned but my shirt is absolutely covered in DNA. Love it. I think it is just cruel to follow-up STRENGTH and Game Day – Overtime with Vertical Plyo tomorrow. Man… DIG DEEP!
