How Do I Get Ripped?

Wow. Insanity Asylum Day 24 – STRENGTH – done. Man, you guys are pushing so hard I was really motivated today. Thanks. Awesome workout. Used 30-lb dumbbells during the first two series of movements and then 50-lb dumbbells for the chest work. During the course of Asylum I have gone from 25-lb dumbbells on chest to 50-lb dumbbells. Today I was in the 15 rep range for each set of chest exercises. Next time I will shoot for 60-lb dumbbells. I don’t think I will be able to increase over 30-lb dumbbells, however, for the rest of the workout. 30s are a good challenge for the range of shoulder, arm and back movements. This workout is killer, I love it. Enjoying my Results and Recovery Formula now followed by protein Shakeology smoothie in about 1 hour. Tomorrow is GAME DAY and OVERTIME. Should be fun!
