Insanity Asylum Day 23 – Speed and Agility – done. This was a good workout today, although those in-and-out ab progressions got me by the end (as usual). Needed a few short breaks. The range of agility bear crawl movements are also challenging late in the workout. Overall, solid performance today. Enjoying my Results and Recovery Formula now. I continue to improve with each of the Insanity Asylum workouts. For those that have been through the original Insanity, I think you will find Asylum to be a great program to consider to enhance muscle confusion and accelerate results. I am also a strong advocate of Asylum in a hybrid schedule after graduating Asylum. Highly recommended! Tomorrow is STRENGTH… always a killer workout.
