How Do I Get Ripped?

Insanity Asylum Day 22 – REST – done. Kind of. I felt the need this morning to perform a set of bench press given the limited chest work in Asylum. Although the chest movements in the STRENGTH workout are challenging, the requirements to execute the chest exercises do not allow for the much higher weights that may be better associated with gaining significant mass. As such, I decided to  throw in a set of bench press to further engage muscle growth. Workout today was short, but felt good. Tomorrow is Asylum Speed and Agility. Should be fun! I am looking forward to seeing my progress with this workout.
