How Do I Get Ripped?

Insanity Asylum Day 21 – Back to Core – done. This one was much needed today. It was a great workout. What made it even better was Baby Rage watching me work hard… and, actually, he was laughing at me. Haha. Certainly made the workout go much faster. I really enjoy the back work with the band, really isolates the muscles. The reverse one-legged plank work at the end of the workout also provides a great burn. I don’t think I even need to mention the pulse work in the middle of Back to Core.
