Insanity Asylum Day 2 – STRENGTH

How Do I Get Ripped?

Day 2 Insanity Asylum STRENGTH done. WHAT a workout. Seriously, that was a rocker. I did good for most of the workout. There was a point 2/3 the way through where I had to take a break for one of the compound movements (curl, squat, pushup, leg kick, run in place and return). I used 25-lb dumbbells for most of the workout and then 30s for the chest work at the end. Those weights appeared to be challenging weights for me, certainly by set 3 (there are 3 sets for most moves). I may be able to increase weights for the next STRENGTH workout. The pullup exercises were insane.  Tomorrow is BACK TO CORE!
