How Do I Get Ripped?

Insanity Asylum Day 16 – Vertical Plyo – done. I had a 6:00AM meeting for work so my workout was E-A-R-L-Y (for me)! Excellent workout today, although Vertical Plyo still pushes me hard every time. I actually broke my green resistance band during the resistance X jumps. I tied a knot in the band and kept going. By the end, I was just soaked with sweat. Love that feeling, endorphins are high… Tomorrow is STRENGTH (seems like I just did that one). DIG DEEPER!
