Insanity Asylum Day 15 – Speed and Agility – done. Well, after STRENGTH on Saturday and the fit test Sunday, I have to be honest… it was a challenge to get into this one from the start. My body is really sore, which gives me even more confirmation that Asylum is indeed effective. Love it. Pressed play today and did fairly well with Speed and Agility. I do enjoy this one, in a sick way I guess, mostly because of the agility ladder work. I am also getting much better at the speed rope movements. I am seeing some insane results in only 15 days of INSANITY ASYLUM and SHAKEOLOGY. Tomorrow is Vertical Plyo and I KNOW it will push me to my limits. Let’s do this…
