How Do I Get Ripped?

Insanity Asylum Day 13 – STRENGTH – done. Man, this was a killer workout today. I used 30-lb dumbbells throughout and then 35-lb dumbbells for the chest exercises at the end. I had to take a few small breaks today. The weights are little heavier than most in DVD so I feel better, I guess, while I believe Shaun T uses 30-lb dumbbells. I was wasted by the end of the workout. The most difficult movements for me today were the mountain climber pullups.

My friend Dennis asked me today what kind of results I think I am getting from Asylum thus far… after 13 days I am definitely noticing I am leaner and, perhaps surprisingly, my arms (biceps / triceps) are becoming more full since the workouts hit the entire shoulder / arm region. I am a big fan of Asylum. Tomorrow is scheduled RELIEF, however, I am contemplating doing Fit Test #2. I think I will make the call in the morning after I see how I feel. I would rather do the test tomorrow, if possible, rather than 4:30AM Monday morning followed by Speed & Agility. DIG DEEPER!!
