How Do I Get Ripped?

Okay, INSANITY ASYLUM Day 12 – Back to Core – done. Great workout, similar to last time. The shoulder pulse sequence is always challenging and the “core strengthening” exercises simulating swimming were awesome. Back to Core is really a completely different way to work your back and core muscles. Good stuff. One of my favorite workouts – STRENGTH – tomorrow! Also, I believe Day 15 fit test is fast approaching… DIG DEEPER!
