How Do I Get Ripped?

Wow, what a way to start the day… Insanity Asylum Day 11 – GAME DAY – done. Awesome. This was a tough workout, BUT, Shaun T gives you breaks after each sport so it was more manageable for me relative to say, Vertical Plyo, where breaks seem non-existent. It was 60 minutes and actually quite fun, similar to Insanity Sports Training, except longer and more difficult. Anyway, I was able to keep up. The most challenging exercises were the second round of juggling (soccer) and then the pullup sequences (mountain climbing). The swimming movements gave me a serious burn in the shoulders and arms as well. Overall, I rate this one as one of the best of the program along with STRENGTH, from my perspective. After doing all 6 workouts, I maintain that Vertical Plyo is the most difficult for me provided proper form is achieved. Time for some P90X Results and Recovery Formula and then work. Tomorrow is Back to Core. I am looking forward to this one again…
