Insanity Asylum Day 10 – Relief – done. Now that was just what the Dr. ordered. Seriously. It was like a 23-min version of P90X X-Stretch. Felt good. A lot of stretching the legs and some upper body relaxation. I have a sense it is the calm before the storm… GAME DAY workout tomorrow. Looks awesome from the preview, pulling it all together for sports-specific movements. Time to get some rest for the challenge in the morning!
