How Do I Get Ripped?

Day 9 Chest, Shoulders and Arms done. Some notable improvements over last week on bench press and military press movements. Have to say, busy day with work and family commitments but was able to push through and get results. I find that this is key to a successful wellness initiative. You HAVE to be motivated and JUST DO IT! You can find too many excuses to skip one day, which leads to skipping two, three, four…. then before you know it you have gained unwanted body fat and have no energy to enjoy life. Sound familiar? Maybe, maybe not. I was there. This includes nutrition discipline as well. As always, please let me know how I can help!
