Day 8 Complete – Killer Abs and Plank Punches

How Do I Get Ripped?

Day 8 Killer Abs done from the Beachbody One-on-One series. This is a short, but effective ab and core killer. Basically combines Ab Ripper from P90 with Ab Ripper X from P90X. Great workout!

Also, for those following TEAM RAGE, we have a exercise challenge each week related to NFL football scores. For example, since I am a Bears fan and there are several Patriots fans on the Team, the challenge this week was total score of Bears-Pats times 10 reps for plank punches (pushup position then extend one arm at a time). Well… 36 – 7 Pats win was bad in two ways… Bears lost AND I had to do 430 plank punches. Like rubbing salt in the wound. Oh well, so 430 plank punches later and my core and shoulders were on fire. At least the Packers lost too! Haha.

Tomorrow is Chest, Shoulders and Arms. BRING IT!!
