Day 7 Complete – Back, Legs and Waist

How Do I Get Ripped?

Day 7 Back, Legs and Waist done. This was after 2 more hours of shoveling snow in Minneapolis – Saint Paul. Great workout between the two today. Increased weight on my pullups and and shoulder exercises. My core was worked hard shoveling snow. Great first week of the new lean mass gain hybrid. Time to watch some football! Tomorrow is One-on-One Killer Abs. BRING IT!!
