Day 37 Complete – Chest and Arms

How Do I Get Ripped?

Phase 2, Day 37 Chest and Arms done. Excellent workout! Felt good to hit the weights hard again focused on targeting the chest muscles and arms from multiple perspectives. Followed up the workout with P90X Results and Recovery Formula and then mid-morning Shakeology snack. Should be  a good week!!
