Day 34 One-on-One Medicine Ball Core Cardio done. This is one of the focused workouts in Tony Horton’s One-on-One series for P90X graduates. Basically the workout involves a range of targeted moves for a full body workout WHILE holding a medicine ball. I used 10 pounds. What a great workout. By the end I could barely hold the medince ball. Of course, as the name infers, the workout helps isolate the core muscles and hit the core from multiple angles.
