How Do I Get Ripped?

Day 26 Chest, Shoulders and Arms done. Not my best workout today as my sporadic sleep and work schedule is catching up to me, I think, however, do your best and forget the rest! I was able to maintain most numbers and increased in a few movements. Tomorrow is another day… Rage. Become a Machine.
