How Do I Get Ripped?

Day 18 rest day done! I enjoy rest days. Rest is critical to success with lean mass gain. Other than that, getting ready for the holidays… it is going to be a VERY special Christmas this year with our 2-month old baby here with us. Life is good. Back to to the grind tomorrow. BRING IT!!
