How Do I Get Ripped?

Day 15 Back, Legs and Waist done. Great start to Week 3 of my lean mass gain hybrid. Showed progress across the board today. For example, pullups with 90-lb resistance! Tomorrow is INSANITY Insane Abs.

Time to go to work and then the Bears – Vikings Monday Night football game tonight in the snow… BRING IT!!
